System, Soft­-/Hardware Integra­tion and Software Valida­tion TBL1+

The train control system STM TBL1+ developed within the project RER Brussels was to be upgraded function­ally. For this extensive system, software and hardware integra­tion as well as software valida­tion services had to be performed by GRABAND. In addition, among other things, the accom­panying integra­tion test plans and reports had to be drawn up and the test results assessed.

Verifi­ca­tion Activi­ties for Software Compon­ents

By modifi­ca­tions and exten­sions respec­tively of safety­-relevant software compon­ents of the interlo­cking techno­logy corre­spon­ding modifi­ca­tions had to be carried out. For this purpose, among other things, extensive verifi­ca­tion services had to be performed by an indepen­dent assessor of GRABAND as a part of the prepa­ra­tion of tests according to EN 50128.
